Basically, rayon and viscose are the same material, but the latter is considered a type of the former as other materials such as lyoncell and modal. Moreover, compared to viscose, rayon also derives from natural fibers, but the cellulose is processed with chemical agents. VISCOSE MATERIAL
Viscose material is obtained from mainly from wood paste of trees with a rapid growth. Generally these are fit trees, poplars and birch trees. Originally conceived to be the cheapest version of silk, viscose in reality is much more similar to cotton.
